2 How to use these docs

Browse like Musket

Open a section in the left menu that matches where you are in Musket (My Portal, Scheduling, Maintenance Hub, QSS, and so on), then select the page you need. Each docs page corresponds to one Musket screen.

Workflows first, details second

Every page starts with what the screen is for and the main tasks you can do there. After that, you’ll find reference details for buttons, filters, tables, and forms — only where those features exist.

3 Search when you’re not sure

Don’t know where something lives? Use the search bar at the top.

Search for what you want to do — like “add flight”, “assign crew”, or “export register” — and jump straight to the right page.

4 Getting help

If you ever get stuck mid-task, you can contact support directly from inside Musket via your profile menu (top right) → Contact Support.
