Logging in to Musket
Sign in with your organisation’s Musket URL using the credentials you registered or received from your admin.
If you don’t have an account yet, register first. If you can’t remember your password, reset it from the same login page.
1 Know before you start
- Use your organisation URL (example:
https://yourorg.musketfms.com/Account/Login). - You need an active account that’s both email-verified and admin-approved.
- The same username (email) and password work on web and on the Musket mobile apps.
2 Sign in
- Open your org URL and enter your email and password.
- Click Login. If prompted, complete any verification the page requests.
- If login fails, check for typos and ensure your account is verified and approved.
Tip: If you recently registered, confirm the welcome email link and wait for admin approval before trying again.
3 If you don’t have access yet
- New user? Register your account if self-registration is enabled, or ask an admin to create it.
- Forgot password? Use Reset / Forgot Password from the same login page.
4 Resend your verification link
If you see “Email address not confirmed” on the login page, you can resend the link from there.
- Go to your organisation login page and attempt to sign in with your email.
- When the “Email address not confirmed” alert appears, click Resend confirmation link.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for the new verification email, open it, and follow the link.
- After verifying, sign in again. If you still can’t sign in, ask your admin to confirm approval.
Admin-created accounts are already email-confirmed; this resend is mainly for self-registered users.
5 Troubleshooting
- Wrong site: Make sure you’re on your org URL (not a different customer’s URL).
- Email not verified: Find the welcome email and click the verification link; request a resend if needed.
- Waiting for approval: Contact your admin to confirm your account is activated.
- Forgot password: Use reset; if reset emails don’t arrive, check spam/junk or ask an admin.
