- Issuance tracking: See issued vs requested item counts per requisition
- Pick slips: Generate pick slips for active requisitions to guide store staff
- AOG flag: Mark urgent aircraft-on-ground requirements
- Search and reporting: Filter by date, search by code/job/aircraft, access requisition reports
Page Areas
- View tabs: Active vs Cancelled at the top

Requisitions and jobs: Requisitions are typically created from within a maintenance job (via Request Parts) and fulfilled from the Requisitions or Inventory pages.
Access requires Requisitions permissions (MH.PR.Any). Creation and issuance are controlled by finer permissions.
2 Primary workflows
Create a requisition for a maintenance job
When to use: When a job requires consumables or parts that are not currently fitted or available on the aircraft.
Steps
- Open the relevant maintenance job (from Maintenance Tracker or Job Cards)
- Use the Request Parts option (often via dropdown or badge on the job)
- In the Request Parts window:
- Select the required consumable types or serialized parts
- Specify quantities needed
- Add notes if required (e.g., AOG urgency)
- Click Submit Requisition. It appears on the Requisitions page linked to the job card
Issue items against a requisition
When to use: From stores or inventory to fulfill a requisition for a job.
Steps
- Go to the Requisitions page (or use the Requisitions badge/dropdown from the job)
- Locate the active requisition and expand to see requested items
- For each item, click the Issue button to open the window and select available stock (from GRN-received or existing inventory)
- Click Issue Stock to confirm quantities. The issued count updates on the requisition
- Generate a pick slip if needed for physical retrieval from stores
Cancel or reactivate a requisition
When to use: If requirements change or a request is no longer needed.
Steps
- On an active requisition, use the Cancel action and provide a reason
- The requisition moves to the Cancelled tab with the deactivation reason visible
- To reactivate: From the Cancelled tab, use the Activate action (if permitted)

4 Rules, permissions & validations
Permissions
- MH.PR.Any: View the Requisitions page and records
- Additional permissions control creation (from jobs) and issuance actions
Key rules
- Requisitions are always created in the context of an active maintenance job
- Items can be issued only from available stock in stores
- AOG flag can be set to indicate urgency
- Issuance updates stock levels and links the consumption/issue back to the job (via stock deltas)
- Cancelled requisitions retain history but no longer affect active issuance counts
