Integrations

Connect Musket with your other aviation systems and third-party tools.

Musket supports integrations with passenger booking systems, flight planning providers, EFBs, and maintenance tracking software. Contact support to request an integration, or use the Musket API for custom connections.

1 Available Integrations

Musket can be connected to external systems in the following categories. Contact support to discuss any of these for your operation.

  • Passenger Booking Systems — import flight schedules and passenger figures from your booking system directly into Musket. Reduces double-entry and keeps flight data in sync.
  • Flight Planning Providers — push scheduled flights from Musket to your flight planning provider. Crew and operations teams work from a single source of truth.
  • EFBs (Electronic Flight Bags) — pull post-flight data captured in your EFB (block times, fuel, landings, etc.) into Musket's Post-Flight Actuals. Eliminates manual re-entry of pilot data.
  • 3rd Party Maintenance Tracking Software — push flight hours and cycles from Musket to your external maintenance tracking system, keeping maintenance records up to date without double-entry.

2 How to Request an Integration

Who does this: System Administrator / IT team

  1. Use the Support Contact feature in Musket (top-right user menu → Support contact).
  2. Describe the integration you need: which third-party system, what data should flow, and in which direction (into Musket, out of Musket, or both).
  3. Musket Support will advise on feasibility, technical requirements, and timelines.

3 Musket API Access

Who does this: System Administrator / Developer

For custom integrations — or third-party tools that need to read from or write to Musket data — Musket exposes a set of public API endpoints that can be accessed with a generated API key.

  • Go to Administration → Global Settings → API Access tab.
  • The tab lists all available Musket API endpoints for your system, including the endpoint URL and a description of each.
  • Generate an API key per endpoint — share only the keys required for each integration.
  • Keys can be revealed (copied), regenerated, or revoked at any time.
